We are hosting a ladies tea during the conference which will involve a time to socialize, have tea and refreshments, do a craft, and have a devotion. Whether a person is a single woman, a mother or a mother with her daughter(s), all women are invited to attend.
Our special speaker this year is Betsy Kline, wife of Pastor Tom Kline from Castlegar Baptist Church. As someone who has been in the ministry for many years, Mrs. Kline has many experiences and accumulated wisdom to offer.
This year, we are hosting the tea at the North Shore Community Centre, which is attached to Cottonwood Seniors Centre. The address is 730 Cottonwood Avenue, unit 452. For those driving, below is a map. The parking lot and access door are at the rear of the North Shore Community Centre. You would go past the main entrance, take the next right turn, and proceed to the parking lot. You will notice a breezeway to the left of a carport and a yellow door, which you will want to go through. Young ladies will greet you and guide you to the appropriate banquet hall.
